If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can return the item within 60 days of receipt to any of our locations. Items returned within the guidelines that are accompanied by a receipt or attached to their membership account will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original payment method. Other return options that are allowed are merchandise swap or store credit.
Items returned without proof of purchase are not eligible for a refund. Merchandise swaps and store credits in the form of a gift card, may be allowed.

*Defective items that are unused, in new condition are eligible for a refund, swap, or store credit in the form of a gift card
*Defective items that are used and are not in new condition must be handled through our warranty department.
*Our standard return policy does not apply to the following items:
Nation brand optics and electronics may be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase (receipt or membership account). The item must be returned in its original, unopened, packaging with all accompanying manuals and accessories. After 30 days these items must be returned to the manufacturer. All manufacturer warranties are in effect.
Optics include: Binoculars, scopes, spotting scopes, rangefinders, sights, sunglasses, and goggles.
Electronics include: GPS, sonar, fish finders, cameras, radios, DVDs, metal detectors, watches, electronic collars, digital compasses, cycling computers, dive computers, personal locator beacons, and electronic trolling motors.
Bikes can be exchanged within 30 days for a size up or down in the same brand, make, and model.
*Parts, labor, delivery and installations services
*Consumable items such as food, drinks, and batteries
*Items that are damaged or abused
*Climbing rope/harnesses/load bearing carabineers
*Items that are missing accessories such as remote controls, cords, and cables
*Opened computer software and DVDs
*Firearms, black powder guns, ammunition, gun powders and primers may not be returned due to safety considerations
*Underwear and bathing suits may not be returned due to health and safety considerations
*Any type of aerosol, liquid or gas product

For in-store purchases:
Your refund will generally be in the same form as the original purchase. However, when the item was paid with cash or debit card without a major credit card logo in an amount greater than $100, or paid for by a check greater than $200, the refund will be in the form of a check mailed within 12 business days for the return. Any amounts paid for by a gift card will be re-issued on a gift card.
Promotional and Bundled Items:
When a promotional item is returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refunded amount. For example, if you buy a bike and it comes with a free helmet, the total value of the helmet will be deducted from the refund if the helmet is not returned with the bike.
When a bundle is purchased and only part of the bundle is returned, the bundle discount is void, and the total bundle discount will be deducted from the refund. For example, if you receive a $50 savings when you purchase a snowboard and bindings together and you return either item separately, the $50 savings will be subtracted from your refund.
When you return or exchange an item in-store, we require a valid photo ID. Some of the information from your ID will be stored in a secure database used to track returns and exchanges.
Valid forms of ID accepted are: U.S. State Driver’s License, U.S. State ID, U.S. Military ID, Passport or U.S. Permanent Resident Card.
When selling an item we make sure to inform the customer of our Return Policy, especially when they are purchasing a sale item. We make sure to suggest that they save their receipt if they have any doubts about keeping the item.
