Pacific Outfitters of Ukiah is looking for an organized and professional individual to work in the Hunting Department as an Archery Technician.
This position requires previous experience with archery products and their repair. In addition to servicing archery equipment, you will be assisting customers in the hunting department.
Full-time availability is preferred (30-40 hours per week). Holiday and weekend shifts are required.

Answer phone calls, and make calls to other locations, customers and vendors
Install, repair, and care for archery products
Be able to properly diagnose mechanical problems of the items brought in for repair
Be able to judge the level of skills required to complete a repair job
Effectively schedule repair work and manage time spent on repairs
Assist customers with finding the right products
Recommend, describe and demonstrate the use of products
Keep sales floor clean, stocked and organized
Help your coworkers with various tasks as needed
Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and customers

Follow all company and departmental policies and procedures
Consistently provide outstanding customer service
Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds
Capable of climbing up and down a ladder to reach merchandise
Able to bend and stretch
Able to place and retrieve products and signs on high and low shelves
Able to navigate through clothing racks, shelves and displays.
Able to assist moving large or bulky items up to eighty (80) pounds
Able to stand for long periods of time
